At Tamrah, we are committed to providing the highest quality dates and natural products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Given the perishable nature of our products, we have established a clear return and exchange policy to protect consumer rights and ensure service quality.

First: Return Policy

  1. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

    • The product arrives damaged or expired.

    • The customer receives a wrong item that differs from the original order.

    • There is a major defect in the product or packaging that affects its validity.

Third: Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted

  • The package has been opened or partially used.

  • The product was damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.

  • More than 24 hours have passed since receiving the product without a complaint.

  • Customized products at the customer's request (such as personalized gifts or special packaging).

Fourth: General Notes

  • We recommend checking your order immediately upon receipt.

  • We ensure secure packaging and prompt delivery, but in case of any issue, we are committed to resolving it promptly.

  • This policy does not affect your rights as a consumer under the Saudi E-Commerce Law.
